Deb\u00e9s colocar un 70% de carb\u00f3n un 30% de le\u00f1a para que as\u00ed resista las 5 horas de cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso 2.<\/strong><br \/>\nCon alambre de acero perfor\u00e1 la pierna por la parte m\u00e1s gruesa para que as\u00ed resista estar colgando y no vaya a caerse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso 3.<\/strong><br \/>\nColg\u00e1 la pierna de las ramas, sobre el fuego a unos 10 cm aproximadamente de las brasas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso 4.<\/strong><br \/>\nMientras se cocina, prepar\u00e1 la salmuera mezclado en un taz\u00f3n agua, sal, pimienta y 4 dientes de ajo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso 5.<\/strong><br \/>\nMoj\u00e1 ramas de romero fresco en la salmuera y roci\u00e1 la pierna con esta.
